GAJAR KA HALWA WITH RABDI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1kg carrots
Powdered sugar 3 cups
Ghee 3 tbsp
Milk 1 ltr
Condensed milk half tin
Elaichi powder as per taste or 1 and a half Tsp
And nuts to decorate
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash peel and grate the carrot finely.
Take a deep bottom pan and add milk to it.
Once it is hot (not boiling) add the carrots to it give it a stir and let it cook till the quantity is reduced to half
Keep stirring in between. once the quantity is reduced add ghee n cook it well on slow flame till the ghee leaves the sides.
Now to it add sugar and condensed milk and mix well. Cook further. Once done add elaichi powder to it and garnish with nuts n rabdi.
