Vegetable Pizza: Homemade & Tasty

This is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for parties and showers. You can use whichever combination of chopped vegetables and cheeses your family prefers!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 refrigerated crescent rolls (8 ounces)
  • 2 (8 oz.) packets softened cream cheese
  • 1-quart mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1 ounce) dry Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, diced 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 degrees C).

Step 2: Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9×13 baking sheet and squeeze the corners together to form the pizza crust.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the crust for 12 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and leave it to cool for 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet.

Step 4: Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing in a small mixing basin. Spread the ingredients on top of the chilled crust. Over the cream cheese layer, arrange broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese. Chill for one hour before slicing and serving.
